New with tags: Unused items with original tags attached.
Excellent: Barely used items with no noticeable flaws.
Very Good: Gently used items with minor signs of wear.
Good: The piece has been used or worn and shows moderate signs of wear but it still looks great.
Gently loved: The piece has obvious signs of wear (hard scratches, stains).

- Can I request the carrier to reroute or change my delivery address after shipping?
No, buyers may not request the carrier to reroute or divert shipments. Any such attempt releases Reflaunt from any risk-of-loss or liability.
- Can I return my order?
Yes, buyers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel. To request a return, email shop@reflaunt.com with the reason for your return and attach all required photos. Please note a fee of $ 14.99 (or equivalent local currency) will apply to return a product.
- What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
