Terms and Condition
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the Marketplace as a buyer. By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Marketplace.
2. Definitions

"Marketplace" refers to the e-commerce platform operated by REFLAUNT PTE. LTD. on Shopify.

"Seller" refers exclusively to Reflaunt, which lists and sells products on the Marketplace.

"Buyer" refers to an individual or business purchasing products via the Marketplace.

"User" refers to any person accessing the Marketplace, including buyers and visitors.

“Vendor" refers to Reflaunt or any authorized party listing and selling products on the Marketplace."
3. Eligibility
To make purchases on the Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information.
4. Payments
Payments on the Marketplace are processed via third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the payment provider’s terms and conditions.The Marketplace is not responsible for any disputes, delays, or issues arising from the payment provider’s policies.
Refunds and chargebacks are subject to the payment processor's policies.
5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Reflaunt is responsible for fulfilling orders.
Buyers will receive tracking information, where applicable.
The Marketplace is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Reflaunt is responsible for the risk-of-loss until the products are delivered by our designated common carrier to the shipping address selected at checkout. Risk-of-loss transfers to the buyer upon proof of delivery.
Buyers may not request the carrier to reroute or divert shipments. Any such attempt releases Reflaunt from any risk-of-loss or liability.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled directly by Reflaunt and comply with consumer protection laws.
Buyers must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the parcel. To request a return, buyers must email shop@reflaunt.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching all required photos.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in, with the original return tag attached.
If a return is approved, a return fee of $14.99 (or equivalent value in local currency) will be deducted from the refund amount.
The Marketplace does not process refunds unless required by law.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of placing an order, in writing via email to seller@relfaunt.com. After this period, all orders are final.
Reflaunt reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, before or after payment processing, for security, fraud review, or any other reason.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate shipping and payment information.
Buyers agree to review product details before purchasing.
Buyers must communicate directly with Reflaunt regarding any disputes or order issues.
9. Customer Accounts
Reflaunt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove accounts. If a buyer demonstrates a pattern of unreasonable returns or cancellations, Reflaunt may restrict or refuse access to the Marketplace at its sole discretion.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
Users must not engage in harassment, spamming, or abusive conduct.
11. Dispute Resolution
Buyers must attempt to resolve disputes directly with Reflaunt.
If a resolution cannot be reached, Shopify's dispute resolution mechanisms may apply.
The Marketplace is not responsible for mediating disputes unless legally required.
12. No Warranties
The Marketplace and its services are provided "as is," "with all faults," and "as available," without express or implied warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that transactions will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reflaunt, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, income or profit, or loss of property arising from transactions on the Marketplace.
The Marketplace does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the Shopify platform.
14. Indemnity
Buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reflaunt, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and distributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising from their violation of these T&C. Reflaunt reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the buyer.
15. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Marketplace a license to use images, descriptions, and branding for promotional purposes.
Users must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
16. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The Marketplace and any transaction-related communications may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Reflaunt reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update content at any time without prior notice.
17. Modifications to Terms
Reflaunt reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace after any such changes constitutes acceptance. Buyers are responsible for reviewing these T&C periodically.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the law of Singapore. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not in any way apply to this T&C or any sales or consignments made under this T&C.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

This privacy policy sets out how Reflaunt collects, processes, uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website or its services. All information collected by Reflaunt is stored and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal and financial information collected on this site is used for the sole purposes of processing and delivering your order and, solely with your prior consent, to send you information about our products and services. Reflaunt is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website and our services, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. This policy change is effective from 1st January 2020. Reflaunt may regularly review and update this policy to ensure we comply with all the necessary regulations. What we collect
In order to offer our services, we may collect the following information:
- name, gender and date of birth
- contact telephone number
- email address
- demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- if you place an order, we will also collect your credit card or payment details
- history of your preferences
- a record of any correspondence you send us including e-mail messages, as this helps us to track any problems or concerns you may have
- a record of your purchases with us so that we can quickly deal with any issues you may have about your order.
How do we collect your data
If you access our website or smart button from a mobile or any other device, we may collect certain information from your device which includes your IP address, browser type, device type, general geographic location and any other technical details. We will also collect details of how you have used our website, links that were clicked and content that was of interest to you. We use this information for analytic purposes in order to improve your experience while using our website with more relevant content. You can be assured that this kind of information will only be used in accordance with the Cookie Policy pointed out below.
What do we do with the information we gather
Contractual and legal obligation: In order to process orders, Reflaunt will require your name, address, delivery address (if different), credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for a telephone number with which to contact you if there are any difficulties with your order. Your credit card details are taken through a secure server for processing by your card provider and our bank. We will pass your name and delivery address on to the carrier responsible for delivering your order.
If you choose not to provide us with the abovementioned required data, we may not be able to provide you with certain services or fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
Consent: if you have consented to receive special offers, promotions or company news that we feel may be of interest to you, we may use your data for marketing communications and marketing campaign. You may unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence at any time by contacting us (details in ‘How to Contact Us’ section below) and stating that you no longer wish to receive emails from Reflaunt. To ensure your website account reflects this information, please log in and tick the relevant box on your account page.
Legitimate Interest: In other cases, we may also use your information under our legitimate interest to complete credit checks before we can provide you with services and confirm you as a new customer as well as to conduct some market research surveys for purely statistical purposes aimed at improving the website performance. In the latter case your information shall be processed on an aggregated basis.
We also require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:

What are your data protection rights
Right to be informed: we will tell individuals what data is being collected, how it’s being used, how long it will be kept and whether it will be shared with any third parties.
Right of access: individuals have the right to request a copy of the information that an organisation holds on them.
Right of rectification: individuals have the right to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to be forgotten: in certain circumstances, individuals can ask for the data we hold on them to be erased from our records.
Right of portability: individuals can request that we transfer any data that we hold on them to another company.

What if you think we have incorrect information or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may request details of any of your personal information which we hold through a subject access request. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us at the below address.

In responding to your subject access request, we will firstly ask you to confirm your identity by providing copies of EITHER your passport OR your driving license. If we do hold information about you, we will provide you with a description of the data, tell you why we are processing your data, inform you who your data has been shared with, and provide you with a copy of your personal data in a legible form or a commonly used electronic form.

However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over the website to which you have navigated. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites, and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. Sharing your data
Your personal data will be processed by the internal staff of Reflaunt who have been specifically trained and authorised for this processing.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless it is required by law. (e.g credit reference agencies and fraud prevention/detection agencies, governmental bodies and regulators which enforce the law locally).
In carrying out the processing for distribution of our products and managing our supply chain, the data may also be transmitted to the third parties that we use to provide our services (by way of example, companies such as payment service providers that help us to process your order; parcel delivery companies who deliver your goods; marketplace providers who act as Data Controllers for the duration of the delivery process, etc.); these parties have been rigorously assessed for the way in which they manage personal data and may only use your data for the exact purposes that we specify in the contract with them.
In the absence of your prior express consent, none of them will send you marketing communications.
How we use cookies
